Chase Protest - May 18, 2010

More than 150 people demonstrated outside Chase's shareholder meeting in NYC on May 18, 2010, to protest the bank's abusive lending practices and to call on Chase to stop lobbying against federal financial reform.

NEDAP organized the demonstration with allies from the California Reinvestment Coalition, Community Reinvestment Association of North Carolina and Woodstock Institute.

As protesters chanted outside, NEDAP also spoke inside the shareholder meeting.  Along with our allies from around the country who own Chase stock, NEDAP raised its concerns directly with Chase's CEO and others.
