Join NEDAP for National Fair Lending Campaign Launch

Join us on March 6 for A Day on Debt - the official launch of Americans for Fairness in Lending (AFFIL) in New York City.  AFFIL is a national campaign to raise awareness of abusive credit and lending practices, and to call for the re-regulation of the credit industry.  The event will feature a panel discussion on eliminating lending abuses, which will include NEDAP Executive Director Sarah Ludwig, followed by an advance screening of Maxed Out, a provocative documentary that exposes predatory practices of the American credit industry.

The panel discussion will be held at Demos, 220 Fifth Avenue, at 12:30 pm.  The screening of Maxed Out will be held at 6:30 p.m., in the Concert Hall at the New York Society for Ethical Culture, 21 West 64th Street.  To RSVP, send an email to March6@Affil.org.  For more information on these events or on AFFIL call 1.866.45.AFFIL or visit www.affil.org.
